Yes, that’s right, I want six pack abs. I mean seriousely, who doesn’t? If you don’t want rock hard solid abs there has to be something wrong with you. Listen up, could you imagine going to the beach knowing you have made about 90 % of the other people there jealous? Talk about a good feeling that would be!

Well, I know I want six pack abs and I have finally taken the steps to get there. I am no gym rat, but I know I will be able to obtain these lucious six pack abs right in the comfort of my own home. I don’t know about you, but I find myself paying years for a gym membership that barely gets used. I know for a fact that I will be able to get these six pack abs as long as I stick to my routine.

So here’s the steps I’ve taken to get these six pack abs. First thing was first and I decided to clean up my diet. I mean, I was eating out almost everyday. It’s embarrassing if I were to actually tell you how many calories I was taking in throughout my day. If I kept that up, I would have been busting over 300 pounds in no time.

I’m now eating my greens and eating a lot of boneless skinless chicken breats. I was able to obtain some really good recipes online that allowed me to eat this stuff religousely throughout the work week. I also started jogging every morning before I headed in to work. I know this is a bummer, but it works for me. After I get done with my morning jog I come in, take a shower, then scoot off to the 9-5 grind. I jog in the mornings because I know I wouldn’t have the motivation to jog like that after work.

After I started with my jogging, I went on to the crunchies. In the evenings, I would do as many crucnhes as I could until there was so much burning I couldn’t take it anymore. I kept adding more and more to my routine over the weeks. I am finally getting these six pack abs I have always wanted and you can too!
