<p>The Bicycle Excercise -  This particular excercise was ranked as the number one ab excercise by the American Council on Excercise. This particular excercise uses every single muscle in your core. Make sure you do about ten or sixteen reps and breathe slowly. Remember not to hold your breath while doing this excercise.</p>
<p>Ab Slide -  This is one of the more advanced ab excercises on the list but very effective at building some lean abs. You will need to pay close attention to your back on this particular exercise. When doing the ab slide, you will slide your hands out, while keeping your body straight by using your abs and back, and then you will contract them to bring them back in.</p>
<p>Stability Ball Exercises – When you use a stability ball, your body is forced to stabalize itself; therefore, your core is being worked and you are developing balance and stability. One good stability ball exercise is when you do a roll-in. This exercise is when you get into a push-up position with the stability ball at your heels. While keeping your arms straight, you will then start brining your knees towards your chest. When you knees are below your chest, you will hold that position for one second and then you will very slowly return your legs to their starting position.</p>
<p>Reverse Crunch – If you want to target your lower abs, then this is the workout for you. There are different ways to do these, but the best way is to use an exercise ball and put it under your knees. By contracting your abs, lift your hips off of the floor.</p>
<p>The Plank -  This can be done while you are on your hand or elbows. Make sure you are in the position of a push-up and hold that position as long as you can.</p>
<p>These are 5 of the best ab exercises that will get you fast results. The more you do these exercises, the easier it will be and the more you will be able to do. In no time, you will have a strong solid core to show off.</p>

If you don&#8217;t want rock hard solid abs there has to be something wrong with you. Listen up, could you imagine going to the beach knowing you have made about 90 % of the other people there jealous? Talk about a good feeling that would be!</p>
<p>Well, I know I want six pack abs and I have finally taken the steps to get there. I am no gym rat, but I know I will be able to obtain these lucious six pack abs right in the comfort of my own home. I don&#8217;t know about you, but I find myself paying years for a gym membership that barely gets used. I know for a fact that I will be able to get these six pack abs as long as I stick to my routine.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s the steps I&#8217;ve taken to get these six pack abs. First thing was first and I decided to clean up my diet. I mean, I was eating out almost everyday. It&#8217;s embarrassing if I were to actually tell you how many calories I was taking in throughout my day. If I kept that up, I would have been busting over 300 pounds in no time.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m now eating my greens and eating a lot of boneless skinless chicken breats. I was able to obtain some really good recipes online that allowed me to eat this stuff religousely throughout the work week. I also started jogging every morning before I headed in to work. I know this is a bummer, but it works for me. After I get done with my morning jog I come in, take a shower, then scoot off to the 9-5 grind. I jog in the mornings because I know I wouldn&#8217;t have the motivation to jog like that after work.</p>
<p>After I started with my jogging, I went on to the crunchies. In the evenings, I would do as many crucnhes as I could until there was so much burning I couldn&#8217;t take it anymore. I kept adding more and more to my routine over the weeks. I am finally getting these six pack abs I have always wanted and you can too!</p>

<p>After you have come to terms with a new diet, you can lay out the ground work for a routine that will get your abs rocking and rolling. There are simple workouts you can do at home that will get you these abs in a very short period of time depending on how much you are willing to put into it. You can start by doing simple leg raised and crunches for your routine. The key here is routine. You will need to take time out of each day to burn off any extra fat before you will be able to obtain those glorious washboard abs.</p>
<p>Remember to start small and adjust to something that is comfortable to you. Eventually, you will be doing a lot more than you had ever imagined you would be able to do.
